Neuromuscular Electro-stimulation

One effective method we use is neuromuscular electrical stimulation which delivers an electrical current through gel pads that match the same frequency as your muscles to improve activation, strength, and body awareness. This is effective after surgery, with poor body/muscle awareness, and to improve general strengthening after an injury.
