Everyone encounters stressful events throughout their lives. Many factors impact arousal: how much stress is motivating and when does it overwhelm the task?
In this 2 `part workshop we will investigate the impact of stress hormones on the various systems of the body while learning the positive role stress can play in our lives.
There are many immediate and long-term benefits of physical activity, relaxation practices, yoga, dance, music, and art on our nervous systems. Come learn what triggers our stress and what activities can promote high performance in our lives. Participation can be modified for all ages and skills levels.
